We have come together with Procore to deliver a platform to enable Henry Boot to make information-based decisions, through capturing data more accurately and efficiently they are now able to maintain transparency throughout their supply chain, improving contractor experience across the board.
Henry Boot Construction has grown steadily and has expertise delivering projects in the public, urban development and residential sectors. To help achieve its goals, Henry Boot Construction wanted to move beyond using point solutions to make data-informed decisions.
Henry Boot reached out to Procore to become their official digital platform provider and then implemented the innDex solution to seamlessly integrate various processes, such as Inductions, Time Management, Transport and Asset Management (and more) into Procore, creating a smooth communication channel between the two platforms.
The innDex + Procore integration has been deployed on the Cocoa Works project in York, which has become Henry Boot’s first project to be 100% paperless in its site operations.
The effects of this go far beyond just cutting project costs; with the ongoing skills shortage affecting construction, being able to halve management on a per-project basis, unlocks enormous value, with businesses able to deliver more projects simultaneously, and gaining a competitive edge over other industry players.
Profile pre-inductions play a key role in driving productivity on the project. With all the workers pre-enrolled and briefed before they even step foot on site, induction time has been reduced by nearly 60% for all individuals.

Both the Project Manager and Site Manager can access all relevant data remotely, saving essential hours travelling to and from the office on such a large site. Moreover, reports are automatically drafted on the innDex platform, leading to a 20% time saving each week.
