FM Conway has found a valuable innovation partner in innDex, their digital solutions provider. Working together over the past year, they have developed a best-in-class, all-encompassing asset management tool. This helps boost efficiencies on projects and successfully manage the framework assets in line with the council’s requirements. The new asset management system includes tools such as digital inductions, briefings and geolocation sign-in/out. In particular, it combines these features to effectively relieve site management burden by being fully paperless. At a result of raising the number of productive hours, clients can successfully increase efficiency while reducing project costs. FM Conway has now implemented the system across Westminster’s iconic  structures – Waterloo Bridge, Eros Fountain and The Victoria Embankment.

FM Conway conducts inspections hundreds of assets every month, assessing various parameters like temperature, exposure to rain for anomaly detection. If it reaches any threshold, the asset will need more than one inspection in the given period. The innDex app has the power to automate this process, helping put stakeholders mind at ease. By generating alerts,  asset locations and  instant route mapping, it ensures prompt site visits once inspections are due.
