THE CHALLENGES

Previously, paper-based operations were time-consuming and difficult to manage.
The data collected was stored in multiple places. They needed a centralised hub to optimise the data for smarter work delegation, enable predictive analysis, and generate insightful reports.
Site communications weren’t syncing up, leading to minor delays from time to time.
Time management was challenging. Managers couldn’t know who was on site unless they were there, and manual check-ins disrupted the site team while they were on the job.
Managers and the site team always got held up by the manual permit process, which resulted in around 30 minutes wasted per permit on each project.
