THE CHALLENGES
Driven by amazing results and delivering consistent, high-quality performance to clients, OP sought a solution to uphold the highest standards across every project.
Previously, paper-based operations were time-consuming and difficult to manage.
The data collected was stored in multiple places. They needed a centralised hub to optimise the data for smarter work delegation, enable predictive analysis, and generate insightful reports.
Site communications weren’t syncing up, leading to minor delays from time to time.
Time management was challenging. Managers couldn’t know who was on site unless they were there, and manual check-ins disrupted the site team while they were on the job.
Managers and the site team always got held up by the manual permit process, which resulted in around 30 minutes wasted per permit on each project.

Implemented
Permits.
On-duty managers can now verify, view, and approve permits anytime, anywhere. Our app keeps them responsive and in control, whether they’re on-site or off. The client can custom-build permits for specific roles, ensuring the details are right and safety standards are met every time. Powering up the permit process cut 85% of the usual admin time. Across projects, that’s 815 hours freed up annually.
Project Reports.
Data is collected, stored and secured as the team goes, under one central hub. These flow into multiple tools within the platform and can be optimised for different purposes, from task delegation to reporting and analysis.
RAMS.
Site and project managers can verify, check and take control of ongoing RAMS. This ensures that only briefed and approved workers can access their site, keeping the site safe.
