Phoenix ME is a leading industry expert specialising in designing, installing, and commissioning Mechanical and Electrical systems across a wide range of sectors. Their expertise encompasses commercial offices, banking institutions, infrastructure projects, data centres, educational facilities, and government buildings. With a proven history of success, they manage projects ranging from £1 million to over. £100 million, delivering comprehensive services and customised distribution systems tailored to diverse building solutions.
Phoenix ME has grown rapidly for the past few years, and they were in need of solutions that would be able to scale with them. They sought for something that could automate and speed up a lot of their site processes.
Time Management was challenging, managers didn’t even know who was on site unless they were physically there, counting them. Paper-based sign-ins meant delayed and admin-heavy processes were required to support monthly reporting to head office.
“We do around 600 inductions across all of our projects every month. Previously, we used paper forms, and we often needed to photocopy and scan everything onto our systems. That used to take at least 10 minutes per induction. It was tough to have full visibility on site and track the progress our teams have made during the day, week or even the month.” says Edward Day, HSEQ Advisor at Phoenix ME.
Working hand-in-hand with the team at Phoenix ME, we have managed to roll innDex out to over 28 of their projects, making construction management simple, digital and reliable.
We equip Phoenix ME with tools that work and hand back the power to the real site heroes on the ground to get projects running, piece by piece.

“All the information is captured all at once - being digital for us is moving away from paper and it can be looked at by anyone anywhere at any time.”

“The team responded very well to using the app. innDex has made running sites a lot easier. You can run it smoothly and more efficiently."

Paul McCluskey

“One of the tools we’ve enjoyed using is progress photos. You can snap a shot when doing a changeover and at the end of the shift, you can issue a report to the principal contractor. Evidence-wise, it’s a fantastic tool."
