Team innDex are getting ready to kick off the 2022/2023 season as the main sponsor of the London Welsh Rugby Club. The Richmond-based Rugby Union was founded in 1885 and has been going strong ever since.
Our Co-Founders, Aaron and George actually first met on the rugby pitch at Cardiff University, they later moved to London working as Civil Engineers in various locations, before going on to start innDex.
In the past 4 years, LWRC have been smashing it, playing up four leagues. Similarly, innDex has been growing massively over the same period. We’re proud to represent Wales in London and globally, matching the aspirations of the club.

Jonathan Shankland
Commercial Director
“We are delighted to be working with innDex. This is a further strategic partnership for the club with a significant financial commitment from innDex. I met George at the beginning of the Summer and I could immediately see the synergies we shared, the common passion we held, and the ambition and drive of two organisations that have progressed hugely over the past 4 years. The company is already known to the extended London Welsh family and is flourishing – the exact type of business we wish to have on board as we start to move to the next stage of project reset. We are looking forward to having innDex with us on the journey and indeed to London Welsh becoming increasingly part of the innDex story.”

George Smithies
Co-Founder
“Calling both Wales and London innDex hubs is incredibly important to us! Our journey started 4 years ago at the same time London Welsh had a mountain to climb. The journey for both of us is still huge but support is the one thing that will get us both to achieve our goals. We feel privileged to be on this journey together.”
