Legacie initially came to innDex seeking a basic Access Control solution for The Quarter project in Liverpool. Whilst working with the team, exploring some of the tools contained in the innDex offering, they took up the use of the software solution too. The innDex platform meets Legacie’s collaborative, lean and interactive system requirements. Better connecting all teams and driving improvements across the whole project Supply Chain.
Legacie offers co-living spaces and eco-friendly, sustainable technologies across the prime cities of the UK, The Quarter in Liverpool being one of their first ones. innDex is being used on the project to control all inductions, time management, plant inspections, daily activities, deliveries and coordination on-site.

Inductions.
By automating inductions, the team saved 35 hours a week across workers, site managers, and admin staff. Pre-enrolment allowed teams to hit the ground running, ensuring no time was wasted on day one.
Competency Management.
By automating competency verifications like CSCS and CPCS, the team ensured every worker was fully qualified. Site managers had instant visibility, creating a safer and more compliant work environment.
Plant Inspections.
Plant safety and compliance were brought under control. Automated daily checks and thorough certificate reviews flagged any issues instantly with push notifications. The digital register ensured inspections were documented and audit-ready at all times.
