innDex was born out of frustration. A frustration shared by two friends, Aaron and George, who saw firsthand how the construction industry was being held back. As young Civil Engineers, they jumped straight into some of the UK’s most exciting and complex projects, from bridges and railways to high-rises and nuclear power stations.
But while their passion for construction grew, so did their discontent with outdated systems. Teams on-site were running on manual processes, juggling paperwork, and working in silos. Vital information got lost in the shuffle, and the tools meant to support teams just added to the workload.
Aaron and George knew there had to be a better way, so they built it. innDex was created to cut through the chaos, connect teams, and empower the people who make construction happen. Today, what started as an idea has grown into a platform that’s transforming how construction works, one project at a time.
