innDex is a construction technology startup, based in the UK (currently operating in the UK, Europe, US and Australia), founded by Civil Engineers. As we are seeing rapid growth, we are now on the hunt for more amazing colleagues, who can join us on our mission to help modernise the industry.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Account manager to join our team @ innDex. Reach out if you’re a problem solver, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, using your initiative at every opportunity to deliver solutions and make processes leaner.
We are keen to hear back from applicants who have SaaS Customer account management experience (preferably but not exclusively in the ConTech environment), Working as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or another client-facing role.
You will be spending time with our clients both remotely, in client offices and on site, ensuring they are utilising the innDex platform to the maximum, are making the most out of their subscriptions and that they are looked after properly.
- Previous industry experience is essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Construction software knowledge/passion preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE
- Management of existing enterprise customers, including being a main point of contact for queries and concerns.
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise clients organisation, and facilitating monthly meetings.
- Training new starters and running refresher training sessions for established clients.
- Introducing existing clients to new developments and hitting key KPIs with regards to upselling new tools and contract renewals.
- Working with the onboarding sector of the post-sales team to ensure a smooth handover from trial to enterprise rollout.
- Liaising with other teams within innDex to further improve the business; Development Team, Marketing Team, etc.
- Full R&R matrix to be drawn up together during the first few months.

innDex is on the lookout for a Digital Designer to join the team.
We are a dynamic and innovative technology company that specialises in providing end-to-end digital solutions for the construction industry.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Digital Designer with a passion for brand and design.
The role would be suitable for a creative and meticulous individual with a passion for branding, print design, video and content creation. Your primary role will involve leading the development of a creative strategy and responding to creative briefs.
We’re looking for a committed individual with a passion for creating inspiring work and have a genuine interest in bringing the innDex brand to life (rebrand currently in progress!). You’ll need the ability to mix creative flair with commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy: Assist in the development of creative strategies and contribute design ideas to achieve marketing objectives and enhance user experiences.
- Design Creation: Conceptualise, develop and execute innovative and visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, social media content, web banners, infographics, presentations and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual identity and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Print production: Preparing artwork for print/production following specifications. Liaising with external suppliers and printers ensuring that a consistent level of quality is maintained at all times
- Project management: Pre-empting and resolving issues, coordinating artwork and scheduling deliveries
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to understand project requirements, and assist with translating ideas and concepts into effective designs.
SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic/Digital Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across multiple mediums, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Work should demonstrate concept-driven design and well-crafted execution. Work should show versatility, experimentation and energy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, trends, and a strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Ability to question and challenge briefs, and solve design problems creatively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and emerging design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and AfterEffects) and other relevant design software.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and composition, and the ability to apply them effectively in various design projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively and confidently with team members and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in video and post-production is desirable.
- Experience in animation is also a bonus.

We are keen to hear back from applicants who have construction experience, perhaps you’re a Civil Engineer who has had experience on site as a Site Engineer/Section Engineer, Construction or Project Manager or similar previously and are now looking for new challenges and opportunities within Construction Technology.
You will be spending time with our clients both on site and remotely, setting up new projects with our customers, making sure they are looked after properly, and performing reviews to enhance their digital tool boxes.
- Previous industry experience essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Construction software knowledge/passion desirable.
- CRM experience is great but not essential.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE
- Customer/Site setups (Hardware/Software setup) – these are a mixture of remote and on site and managed by the individual based upon the clients requirements.
- Supply Chain Management – liaising with suppliers training/customer management. You will become responsible for the management of a number of customers.
- Develop implementation/training/rollout plans ready for onboarding future resource in the operations department.
- Liaising with other teams within innDex to further improve the business; Development Team, Marketing Team, etc.
- Full R&R matrix to be drawn up together during the first few months.
