We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team @ innDex. Reach out if you’re a problem solver, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, using your initiative at every opportunity to deliver solutions and make processes leaner.
We are keen to hear back from applicants who have SaaS Customer account management experience (not exclusively in the ConTech environment), working as an Account Manager, Customer Success manager or another client-facing role.
You will be spending time with our clients both remotely, in client offices and on site, ensuring they are utilising the innDex platform to the maximum, are making the most out of their subscriptions and that they are looked after properly.
- Previous industry experience essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Construction software knowledge/passion preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE
- Management of existing enterprise customers, including being a main point of contact for queries and concerns.
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise clients organisation, and facilitating monthly meetings.
- Training new starters and running refresher training sessions for established clients.
- Introducing existing clients to new developments and hitting key KPIs with regard to upselling new tools and contract renewals.
- Working with the onboarding sector of the post-sales team to ensure a smooth handover from trial to enterprise rollout.
- Liaising with other teams within innDex to further improve the business; Development Team, Marketing Team, etc.
- Full R&R matrix to be drawn up together during the first few months.

innDex is a fast-growing construction technology company founded by Civil Engineers, headquartered in the UK
with a global footprint spanning the UK, Europe, the US, Australia — and now the UAE. Our platform is a
powerful, fully integrated suite of digital tools built specifically for the construction industry: workforce
management, access control, site inductions, RAMS, safety observations, competency tracking, delivery
coordination, progress reporting, and more.
We partner with contractors including McLaren Construction, which has deployed innDex across all UK projects
and extended it to major data centre developments in the UAE. Following that success, we have opened our first
MENA office in Dubai — and we are now building the team to accelerate what comes next.
We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to be a member of our UAE team. This is a
broad, high-impact role that combines client operations, account management, and business development. You
will be the face of innDex in the region — setting up new projects, ensuring clients are getting maximum value
from the platform, and actively growing our footprint across the UAE and wider MENA market, which could
include travel to other middle east countries.
You will join at a pivotal moment. innDex has proven its value in the UK, and the UAE construction market —
driven by landmark infrastructure investment and rapid digital adoption — represents a significant opportunity.
